My father had suffered an enormous stroke last month and admitted in RAK HOSPITAL. He was saved by a timely surgery done by team of doctors in RAK HOSPITAL. By God's grace now he is perfectly alright. Everything is going well now. I thank all the excellent team members who provided best care and support to my father, especially Doctor Tinku Jose (NEUROSURGEON). Their hospitality is very much appreciable. Rubbish. I am not even sure what the app does! I could not register or retrieve the lab results. Like I said, rubbish.

Customer service is very, very bad since 2 days I call nore than 6 times and wait for like more than 40 mins but no one answer and my call was on waiting long time....even no one bither to call me back.....I took appointment with Dr. Kim she was nice but the male nurse who was there didn't give me full information and as per him, he will make sure to call me back regarding my medical test insurance approval, but no one call me back even they know that I am having heart promleb.....very bad service
