★★★★★ Nice to have. But it would be nice ti be able to rent movies from the Android app. At the moment I can only do it only from the TV app.

★★☆☆☆ A surreally awful app. I have a movie voucher from my health insurance which I have been trying to redeem for two days. First the app told me I couldn't buy or rent movies via the app at all, and instead I should go to the website, find what I wanted, rent it, and then come back. What? I gave it a try, my voucher was more than the cost if the rental but still I needed to give my credit card details. What, again? So whatever, forgot the voucher I'll just pay. Still no! Why Rakuten, why?

★★☆☆☆ I fully paid for 59 films on xbox Rakuten app and now Rakuten have taken my money they have stopped the app working on xbox

★★☆☆☆ You owe me a partial refund! I purchased Halloween Kills a while ago and can't open the Rakuten Tv App anymore, so no Access to watch it whatsoever!
