★★☆☆☆ Weekly digital coupons stopped working out of nowhere. App is updated. Searching for the coupon shows nothing. Scanning the bar code in store gets the app to say the coupon is no longer available. Employee tried on their phone and it worked. Then they gave me attitude, saying "something wrong with yo phone". No. Something wrong with yo app. Accused me of using the coupon already too. Second time this happened in two weeks. Why Ralph's gotta be trash?

★★☆☆☆ Recently, every time I go to the store and try to use the app for digital coupons, it does not work. I have to spend too much time trying to get it to work. The option to clip the coupon doesn't even come up anymore. I looked to see if I needed to update the app, but that is not the case. I have to go to a cashier and have them address the prices for the items that are supposed to be on digital coupon. It discourages me from shopping here. Although, I do love the store. Please help me fix it.
