An opportunity to enjoy samples of the visual splendor of the pictorial depiction of scenes and incidents in the story of Rama and Seetha rendered in two different styles in two different ages - pictures given in an illustrated Ramayana book published by Shrimat Balasaheb Pandit Pant Pratinidhi, Chief of Aundh, at Aundh, Satara District is 1916, and pictures that adorn the pages of Mewar Ramayana, a richly illustrated edition of Valmiki Ramayana prepared for Maharana Jagat Singh, the ruler of the Rajput kingdom of Mewar in Rajasthan, in the middle of the seventeenth century
