We hadn't played board games for a while and when we finally got around to playing Last Word again we found that the random timer that came with the game no longer worked due to battery corrosion. Worse than useless if you have a lock screen, plays interval sound each time you unlock and does nothing when screen locked

The app works just fine, but the the thing is, if you put your phone to sleep, leave the app to work in the background, the timer pauses instead of contuntiuing to work.
