Drive through service staff are kind and courteous. My order? A frozen blended strawberry lemonade refresher (Extra thick) my go to always stay hydrated while not getting bloated. A plus for me because I'm a hemodialysis patient. Yep uh huh

One of the worst reward apps I've used. My rewards don't show up, latest version gets into these bizarre loops. Great donuts, useless app.

Useless app. No way to redeem points in store and the item I would order is not EVEN on the app, so I cannot order it!!

I was unable to sign into my Rewards account. I entered my phone number, received a message with the pass code, and then was stuck on a loading screen in the app and would not sign in. Please fix.
