Pathetic service. Needed a rental bike on urgent basis. Booked in one location. Rapid said the vendor is not responding after waiting for 1 hour. Booked again in another location suggested by Rapid from another account. No response even from Rapid customer care. After the scheduled time, I cancelled. Then customer care executive called and asked me why I cancelled. I then booked once again at the suggested location but again same service. In total Rapid wasted 6 hours of my time.

Worst app ever I have done almost 8 bookings upto now, no use after booking amount gets debited and gets call from customer care saying vendor not responding will refund in 5 days the same always the worst app please don't trust or use this app waste of money and time no use
