Muy fácil de entender y utilizar, lo único seria que cuando llegan los pedidos y aún no le damos picking time a los clientes ya les da un tiempo estimado para la orden y eso crea conflictos ya que tenemos pedidos anteriores al del nuevo pedido.

El scaner es bueno,pero sacar la foto demora, ademas que no da la opcion de comunicarse con soporte hasta despues de pagar, deberian incorporar la opcion de cancelar pedido nuevamente, Todo lo demas genial

la app es buena es el uber de las cosas, puedes solicitar que te saquen a pasear al perro, o que te ayuden a correr un mueble pesado en tu casa. lonque sea, sacar la basura 🤯 , puedes pedir lo que sea, en cuanto a los restaurantes, depende de las politicas, solo empiesan a preparar el domicilio cuando el rappi llega, mas la fila, pero siempre te llega caliente, ademas que es una empresa colombiana muy cool, la apollo al 100%,

Ahora con eso de la ubicación se consume media giga de datos al día , cómo cada vez que la actualizan se vuelve más tedioso para el que merca . Además se tomas automáticamente las fotos a la máxima resolución cosa que también consume muchos datos .

1. No se puede comunicar con soporte 2. No se puede llamar al cliente, los números son incorrectos 3. No se puede llamar al rt, los números son incorrectos 4. El escáner no toma los combos, se debe reiniciar los datos para cargar cada imágen 5. No se pueden abrir las imágenes que nos envían por el chat
