Does it work on galaxy s5 It stopped working after the update

Not working Does not work for remote view. Will only work when connected router Wi-Fi that the dvr is connected to. Needs urgent fix. Have used the FEN set up but still not working. The worst thing is that it used to work, and suddenly stopped. Needs urgent attention.
