Got an unskippable ad the first time I opened the app, fake loading screens, and didn't track my product.

Lot of apps have ads. It's annoying, alright, that's the price if not paying with money. However, this one struggles to load the ads, then there is ads thatnopen other apps (like AliExpress). Not for me. There is better apps even woth adds. Or just use website services like "Mellor rattrap", no ads and more free space in your device. I would try it again if it goes light in the ads and works faster.
