Rate Alert App I love how convenient this app is to use. I've set the alerts so that no matter what I'm doing or where I am alerted and can tell in an instant if the market is moving up or down. I especially like the chat room that enables me talk with other loan officers about various scenarios!

NOTIFICATIONS STILL NOT WORKING FOR SAMSUNG DEVICES. Rate Alert without the alert. I've been back and forth with the devs for over a year and there's always an update around the corner to fix the bug on newer Samsung devices. The update hasn't come. This is great if you want to actively monitor the market but as far as notifications to alert you to lock before a potential reprice (which is why a lot of people pay for a subscription to use this app), FAIL. Looking for alternative opts.

Downloaded app to try it out. Deleted after a day as it wasn't what I was looking for. Now I get calls from them at 7:15pm asking me why I let the trial period expire and want me to buy the subscription. I don't, I said that the first time you called. Do not call me anymore. Be aware when you download this app they will call you. Edit: Was called again to sell me a subscription and ask what I was using instead of rate alert. Was told they will call 4 times.
