Brilliant, I originally gave you guys 5* but not happy with being charged for the standard membership plus the elite membership twice when I thought I originally paid for the Elite membership for 1 year! My credit card has just been charged again! If it is a monthly subscription of £39.04 plus £36.04 as you took from my credit card instead of the yearly membership of £39.04 that was advertised I will cancel my subscription immediately! I've emailed your support team and hopefully we can solve it

I want to cancel my subscription, but I can't find any way to do it on the app or website! I followed the instructions in the FAQS, it was useless. I tried to use the website, it kept bringing me back to the app where I cannot unsubscribe. I am being debited every month at this rate. I want nothing more to do with this scam! Let me out!

Well, I installed the app. 1st "deal" that I see is flight from Frankfurt to Corfu (247 eur). Clicked and it starts comparing fares and gives me one with 302 eur redirecting to KIWI. I clicked the link and Kiwi's actual price is 352 EUR. Tried with a couple of other "deals" the result is almost the same. Upd. 02.07 sent the screenshot to your support mailbox. Let me know if I can help you further. Added 1 more star for swift response.

Trash, absolute waste of money. I paid for the yearly subscription. Only after using it rather than browsing I noticed that the dollar amount prices shown are NEVER what it says. It's always proved much higher. I was able to find cheaper flights on my own.
