I'm a android user. Installed this app on my new phone but it asks to select your residence country and after that nothing happens. It stucks there. Make it work asap !

OMG - what a disaster of an app. After scanning the QR code, you expect the info to be captured from the QR, but no, you have to enter everything manually. Whats the point of the QR code scan? And how many customer are going to take so much time going back and forth picking info from the receipt and enter it manually. Whoever thought this is a good customer journey or customer exoerience needs to review everything and build it from the ground up.
