How the hell is 10 extra charges for packaging even after 30 rupees of clearly mentioned in the app for delivery charges...and it takes so much time to reach... I'm disappointed

Everything is good about it... delivery, customer service etc but i don't like the fact that it takes so much time to deliver the product...it shows 25-30 mins but the product reach after more than 1 hour...hell ya...and why do it take so much extra charges...in the app it was clearly mentioned that 30 delivery charges but when it reaches it asked 10 for packaging...i was totally shocked and I'm dissappointed
