Finally, a Truly Modern SMS App! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This app is a game-changer! It's the first to use cellular networks to give us WhatsApp-like features (editing messages, replies, encryption) without needing the internet. It feels like texting has been dragged into the 21st century. The peace of mind from the secure, encrypted messaging is the cherry on top. If you text, you need this app. This is the Ultimate Secure SMS App with Modern Features must have

Raven is a wonderful new messaging app on Google Play. The best part is that it’s completely secure, and we can delete our message after sending it. Many thanks to the developer for creating such a great app

★★★★☆ Stan Silverman · Jul 29, 2026

Really fantastic app, but I am concerned about the subscription for an app that hasn't been updated in over half a year. This was the ONLY app of over 1000 sms apps that had no data collected, no ads, AND message categories. The true black amoled and theme colors are a really welcome bonus. EDIT: I didn't realize that mms and individual notification sounds weren't supported. I'm also having an issue where delete won't work. The lack of mms above all makes it hard to use as often.
