★★★★★
The Raw Talent app is amazing! It’s super easy to use and always has shifts available, which is perfect when you’re looking for flexible work. I love that I can update my details anytime and get notified straight away when a shift comes up. You can also message the team directly through the app, and they’re always so responsive and helpful. It’s made working as a casual educator stress-free and so much more convenient. Highly Recommended ★☆☆★

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with Raw talent. I am feeling grateful to be part of the agency. The Raw talent team is very supportive and encouraging. Plenty of shifts available on the app. Easy to use the app. One hour before the app sends you a reminder about your shift.😊
★★★★★
I’ve had a great experience working with Raw Talent Agency. As a childcare professional, it’s been the perfect agency to turn to when I’m looking to pick up extra shifts. The team is supportive, responsive, and genuinely values their staff. What I appreciate most is the flexibility — I can choose shifts that suit my schedule, and there’s never any pressure. The communication is always clear and professional, and they consistently match me with centers that are welcoming and well-organized.

The app crashed all the time on Android phone. Every time you click your job list, the app closed and back to the main screen, then all the job list disappeared. Tried to uninstall and install the app again, it works for a few hours, then crashed again. You can't just keep uninstalling and install all over again (at least a few times per day). It's a waste of time. Hope the app will be fixed soon. Thank you.
★★☆☆☆
I wish I could have given 0 ratings to this app, Very pathetic app. Company might be good but very pathetic app. Notifications functionality does not give a fair chance to other people to accept shifts. 1 open shift goes to a huge bunch of people's and these every user receive these notifications with a fraction of delays that's why people who receive notifications first accept shifts first. I am a Software professional who has test artifacts to prove this statement. Work on defects in App.
