It's nice that you get a taxi in no time, but you don't get an estimate of price and then the driver asked for almost double the price of a regular taxi😕 still no harm done, overall a positive experience

Horrible experience !! We selected the meter option on the application, and we asked several times when we got in the cab (just to be sure) that the taxi ride was on the meter. The driver ignored us and then his supervisor got on the phone and started arguing with us that it's a fixed price and that it didn't matter that we selected the meter option on the app. Yelling back and forth with the drivers' supervisor over the phone after 3 plane rides was a nightmare. Will not use this app again.

to arrive. Bad alp, bad drivers, not customer service....don't waste your
time
