Not giving points. I've had them scan my app, and I'm not earning points. Lots of money lost because first it was "oh your app isn't updated", but it is. then "oh you have to uninstall and reinstall". Anything but being accountable for an errors in the app.

When the app works, It's pretty good. Nearly all the time, though, if you don't open the app before you get in the store, it either won't open or takes 10 minutes to open.
