Aether Monitor Light bar will not stay synced with my PC. If only it was directly paired to synapse and not my phone. Either than that Google home integration works good.

Not logging in or signing up just to try your failure of an app. So not a single one of your apps work to control your keyboard colors... sad! Not that you make any good hardware anyway. Nothing lasts more than 9 months to just over a year, and then if it is less than a year you stall until it's too late. BTW, why do your keyboards all fail the same way and yet there isn't one word about it on your site? Years this has been this way.

Constant disconnects from light bar, constant desync from Synapse on PC. GET RID OF THIS and let me connect the lights directly to Synapse without this pointless middleware. Worst software experience.

Cant link anything!! Been having my razer products for years now, why the unnecessary requirement to need this app to link my Basilisk Mouse to m y Samsung Laptop?? Reply with the fix, so I can fix this rating, love Razer! This app(s) are pretty and well-built but with so many moving components you guys forgot a few lines! ;)

Can't even sign up or sign in. My keyboard keeps disappearing when it comes up. Literally can't type anything. It's not my pbone either.
