Lately the app has had issues. Chequing never account in sync displaying true balance, charges and deposits. Always 24hrs or more out of sync. Online as well.

I mainly use this to deposit checks, and checking balance / pay bills. Since recent update this app has been absolute trash when it comes to depositing checks. I have been working for the same place for years now and never had so much issues depositing a simple check. Been well over a month now trying to deposit a single check and I can not recommend this app at all for that purpose. Fine for paying bills and viewing balances just do not rely on this app for check deposits.

What is going on, RBC? I can't even transfer my rent. My account and device are verified, but I keep being told I'm not verified to send transfers. I've been a customer since 2023. This makes me want to change banks. Unacceptable.

What is up with the questions at the password? I have to go to the bank to get everything resetted because the assistant on the phone told me so.
