fingerprint sign in didn't work anymore since updated. Edit: It comes out as having technical difficulties. Please try again later. And I have biometrics enabled. I am using an Asus Zoom3 phone. Kind of late edit: change phones. Would have given 4 stars, but since they responded gave them one extra star.

Factory reset my phone and no matter what cannot make it the trusted device again trying DL, Passport and Passport. Phone and chat support were useless.

They want you to tap your debit card to your phone to send an e transfer. I don't know what idiot thought that up. But needing my wallet to send money digitally defeats the purpose of being able to send it digitally. This feature alone is making me think of ditching RBC. Imagine having to go get you wallet every time you want to transfer money. Or even worse if you aren't around your wallet and want to send money.

So frustrating to use this app. It has to be the absolute worst bank app EVER. If I could give it negative rating I'd give it -5 stars. I feel like im being robbed every day of simple necessities like seeing where my money goes. I thought that was the purpose of online banking? To mske life easier...not make life miserable. Now I have money appearing than disappearing and can't even use the stupid chat option. Final straw. Update your app or just close RBC. RBC IS HORRENDOUS PEOPLE!
