I was going to make it a 5 star !!! They just changed the layout of the "account" page. Before all was nicely divided and clear to see. Now it serms all cluttered together.

We need an overhaul of this app. It isn't functioning correctly. Like many people who have recently needed to update to a new phone, the app asks you to take a photo of DL or passport. It snaps it, says "Success", then when you click on "Use photo", it brings you back to taking another photo. I do this again with "Success", then it just keeps looping back to taking another photo. The TD & Scotia Bank apps have no such glitches and allow you to see & do so much securely. RBC needs to fix this.

Login and two-factor auth is broken. I only have one device I use for daily banking, and it still keeps asking me to check the notification on other device when I try to log in or send interact transfer. It's annoying and a waste of time.
