I was going to make it a 5 star !!! They just changed the layout of the "account" page. Before all was nicely divided and clear to see. Now it serms all cluttered together.

Lately the app has had issues. Chequing never account in sync displaying true balance, charges and deposits. Always 24hrs or more out of sync. Online as well.

Works well. I use it daily to manage my banking, pay credit cards and bills, regular e-transfers without any issue...app is reliable and easier to sign-in and navigate than other banking apps.

Great way to easily bank online, and they let you know when they are going to be doing maintenance, so you can be prepared when certain features won't be available during the scheduled times which is usually late, so most times don't affect your daily banking

My bank card is fine and worked everywhere. Else, but on the stupid tap on my phone. I should be able to opt out of that. So instead, I go on my laptop when I have to send a transfer, because you came up with this stupid idea, and it doesn't work. There are tons of way for me to verify without topping my bank card on my phone!

This 4.66 version is the latest, according to RBC tech support. There are still 'technical issues' with verification when you try to send an transfer. If you haven't used your bank card in a while, you have to go to a branch and use the ATM for any reason, etc. check balance. This is as per CSR. I did exactly as required, and yet I can't do any transfer without an error message of 'technical issues'! There are a lot of complaints on Google Play. DO SOMETHING, RBC!! Your app is terrible!

Horrible app, makes you verify by text every time you log in and can never verify your cell with your ID. Makes me think of switching banks already
