We have been using this as a school since 2019 & it is a game changer! Several users are not aware that the app only works with a license from RCA. As long as you have the yearly license updated this app is magical. Our students LOVE seeing their faces in real time as they earn points & our parents rave about the positive affirmation they receive when their child is recognized. Everything is customizable & works seamlessly with the desktop site which is displayed on screens around the school.

I was enjoying the app until today when the app kept shutting down on me. It said that I needed to update it. I updated it, but it still closes down. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it still shuts down. Now, I am getting a message that there is a bug in the app, and I need to wait until an update is available to fix the bug. Please fix this problem ASAP. I was enjoying watching my daughter earn points.

Messaged developer contact, but app still doesn't open I have the updated version, closed it out, uninstalled it and reinstalled it still same thing. Phone says it has a bug.

It seems like it could be a great app to use but the display layout is hidden by my normal notifications bar at the top of my screen and my (back, home, menu) buttons at the bottom of my screen. Please help fix. It is REALLY hard to work around this. Thanks
