Terrible app I always have problems with. U have to accept it on your pc then complete on rc mobile who came up with that brilliant idea. it's just a duplicate of rdn. Double the work

This app is a pile of garbage. Literally the worst app I've had to use involving the repossession industry. Half of the time the app will not load. The other half of the time it's extremely slow and greatly decreases my productivity. As agents in the field we do not have time to "contact support" repeatedly to fix what should have been done before rollout.

Terrible app with no consideration for collateral recovery agents. They randomly make the app unresponsive for updates and don't tell you anything. You then have to call customer service (no answer, or they call you back an hour later) for them to tell you that you have to uninstall the app and install it. Considering that we are extorted almost $300 a year for this service, it should be flawless. There are food delivery apps that don't have these problems.
