Great app once I figured out how to use it as a "Parallel-transit passenger". Didn't realize I had to leave my payment option on "Credit Card" once I bought the digital bus pass after paying with credit card. Just wish the app had a "Pick Up note" so the drivers knows what dwelling or door to be picked up from & also wish the app was able to take what unit or apt # on the address location on the riders profile which would be helpful for the drivers to find their passengers. The "Pick Up note" would also be handy if the driver was lost & would be easier to navigate at such large property such as shopping centers & housing units. There are a few glitches in the booking calendar I noticed such as no rides available one day & they are rides available when trying to book 12 to 24 hours later. Also on the calendar statutory holidays must be marked on the calendar to prevent booking on that particular holidays when RCT is not in service. Transit office's staff has to know from the computer how the passenger booked their rides which are "Pick up time" or "Drop off time". I like the app & the "Cancel Ride" option whenever I needed to cancel my rides. Thanks!!, Parallel-Transit passenger!!

The app is horrible and unreliable. Random glitches and crashes, errors about servers, booked buses disappearing. It just makes public transportation even more painful. And expensive because you need data to get on the bus.

Horrible system. Buses have the audacity to make me wait 30-40 minutes at my stop in the freezing cold yet just can't find the time to spare 3 minutes waiting for me and instead charge me $2.00 and leave, without any other buses in the area. Where's my $2.00? Impossible to use as a student.

Booked early ended up getting picked up late... the driver didn't start driving until after the schedule time. I booked a day in advance and even hours ahead to make sure I make it on time, but now I'm late
