I've found this app very helpful. It saves a lot of time back at the office as all the photos and all the survey notes are already input, so no faffing around uploading and naming files. And because there is a prompt for all the photos required, there's no arriving back at the office and realizing there's one missing. The only issue for me is taking photos with my slightly elderly Ipad - not ideal quality wise, and not easy when you're in a loft with your torch, ruler, ipad, glasses etc. etc.

I've been using this at least ten times a day some weeks, and it works brilliant, really fast, the layout is superb. All credit to the developers as it is an outstanding program. It usually crashes at least twice a day, but it never loses the info, and you can get back to the survey in seconds.

As an App it is good. Clearly the designers have put a lot of effort and thought in it. As a method, however, lodging on site vs. lodging in the office, the App is not effective when you have very tight time constraints. Lodging via the App is meant to save time, but overall it doesn't. It actually causes more stress. The method works better if I have at least 40 minutes per property. However, usually I only have 15 to 20 minutes on site only, just about enough time to take all my photos fast and measure.

Android user. 1. when you take a photograph on the app, you need to click OK on every photo, whereas on iPhone, you can take all of your photographs at once without constantly clicking ok and then camera again. 2. label a photograph, you need to click the invisible lable box at the side of the photo. If you select from your saved descriptions, it goes back to the top of the page. LOADS of issues need fixing before the new update in June. I can't fit more words on the review. FIX IT NOW!!!

This is much worse than the previous software. Every action is harder than before. The old software worked really well, this is just horrible.
