★★★★★ Absolutely the best in the HVAC industry

★★★★★ App is nice to use if only I could get my acount online with it. Can not get prices as guest and I can't get logged in said incorrect everything. So. Waiting for there help line to help.

★★☆☆☆ Basic things like back buttons on device are not enabled and no way to close out of app, so it stays resident sucking up resources. In addition, search function is very poor. It appears it simple product title only without use meta tags. Old tech, bad user experience!

★★☆☆☆ Really useful when the digital catalog hasn't been updated in years and half of the equipment has no listed information or even an image, so it doesn't help anyway.

★★☆☆☆ Easy to put orders through, I just wish it was easier to say put in 20 items, and be able to group by PO#'s at checkout. That would be clutch. Also, it is much harder to find specific items on the app compared to the website. I find myself using the website instead of the app for that reason.
