Cannot get the app to work. Keyboard keeps crashing so unable to use the app at all. No support found online either which is a shame as it would be useful to have on my tablet.

I have tried to install it on my android tablet. The setup wizard ask for my serial number. After inputting my serial number it will not take me pass the input language options. Waste of my time and money
