The app is fine... But the data are wrong within the app about houses. For example, they pull house Sq ft data from public records, but in the case my house, they used the wrong field. What good is a home value app if your home value is misrepresented. Contacted customer service about this. They blew me off and sent auto responses. Use Zillow or redfin.

Listings are old so many of the homes aren't even available. Some show that they sold over a year ago. Waste of time downloading this app.
