We've been using this for about 7 years and love it. It's perfect for anyone on a special diet. The recipes can occasionally be inaccurate or a pain but everything is easy to modify to our taste. We've been able to add our own recipes and ones we've found as well. It's handy that I can change the servings of things on the menu to account for whose home what nights. Hubby loves that it automatically generates a shopping list from the menu that you can add and remove from. Love it!

I love this app! I can add recipes. I can tailor my food allergies and preferences. I can change my plans based on how many people I'm feeding. It's worth the yearly subscription for those alone BUT the money shot is the shopping list function that gives me my list by the layout of my chosen grocery store! Seriously, if I could get them to sponsor me, I'd sing praises everywhere!

Not a good candidate app for FOD MAP specific experience. I bought an annual subscription for this as everything is gated behind a subscription, then found out that if I wanted FOD MAP specific recipes in my subscription, I had to pay twice the price! Who thought of this? My FOD MAP restrictive diet won't allow me to try like 80% of anything that's outside that diet that contains onion, garlic, wheat or lactose. So double the price for half the recipes I can eat. No, thank you :)

This app has been frustrating. It does not consider item usage when planning your meals. So you may have to buy a bunch of spinach and only use a portion for one recipe. It would be more cost-effective and reduce food waste if the app would suggest another recipe with spinach for later in the week. I spent so much money the first week and had so many partials food items left over. I felt it was not a helpful app, so I canceled it with 3 weeks paid for remaining, but now the app doesn't work at all

This app is not all its cracked up to be. AIP recipes are not necessarily AIP. There is no ability to customize recipes or filter out foods/ingredients I don't like. There weren't really many AIP recipes and once you get in you, they try to sell you additional AIP recipe packs at an ADDITIONAL $1-$5/month. It says you can cancel within 10 days, but when I cancelled same day I bought it, it said my cancelation was effective in 30 days. I wrote customer service to cancel. We'll see what they say
