I have installed other MP3 player apps before, all claiming to have shuffle abilities so that I didn't hear the same songs over and over, however, none of them were really true shuffle with "no Repeat" functions. REAL Shuffle Player has a function that will shuffle play every song in my selected playlist without ever playing the same one twice!! After all have been played I can reset it and start again! Best Audio and Music Player Ever! I have now purchased the "Pro" version

So far seems to do exactly what I want, and it says it will do. Allow me to pick local phone file/ folder locations, create or add song to internal app playlists (but not needed, local phone folders can act as 'playlists') and shuffle or non shuffle play those songs. UI is a bit clunky, but I'm totally fine with that so long as it all works. Also, so far seems no adverts. BONUS!

I would give this a zero if I could. The app constantly crashes. It is unresponsive when playing and its interface sucks big time. I couldn't get it to shuffle randomly in any genre which makes it useless even if all the other bugs were fixed. I think this was made by some high school kid who knows nothing about software development, and I say this as a software developer myself.

This would be better if there was an album shuffle feature. I like listening to albums as the artists intended.

So I upgraded to Pro to cast. I can see all the songs but when I go to play nothing happens and if I go from song to song it always shows the song progress at 34 s no matter how long the song is. At one point they were all showing more than 6 minutes then that changed to 3 minutes. Won't cast. Can't see Bluetooth devices. Looks like it would be great if it worked.
