Does what it needs to do The only issue I'm having is favoriting bus stops. It's nice to see the times quickly rather than having to search everytime . I've tried numerous times to favorite bus stops, but it doesn't work. I have one bus stop that is actually in the list, but it took quite a while to make it work. If this could be fixed, I'd be fully content.

Reliable Comes in handy when need of time scheduling

Unreliable! Unreliable! Unreliable! App doesnt work in the afternoons. I
take the 388 eastbound. I waited 45 minutes one time because the app said
it was arriving within minutes. I wait and reload the app many times and
the next thing I know it disappears. I wait a little longer just in case
the bus was just late. NOTHING. Called for a pickup! Another scenario, this
time I arrived and didnt see any bus show on the app and called tri delta
route services. Said it would arrive in 2 minutes. NOTHING. Waited 10
minutes in case it was late. NOTHING. Called again and they said I missed
it even though I was waiting right there at the stop and that the next bus
arrives in 30 minutes. I gave up and started walking. While walking down
Leland, I saw my bus pass! Only about 7 minutes AFTER I left! Horrible app
and route services who dont even know the correct time bus arrives! Because
it's so unreliable, I've just been walking home in 90 degrees heat. Thanks
Tri-Delta.

Tri delta transit as a whole is poorly optimized and should consider a complete overhaul from schedule to actual employees or consider going out of business so a more competent service can take it's place 0/5
