Installed on 2 devices and both had different results. One would show FPS in game while the other wouldn't, so I would conclude that depending on hardware your own experience may be different from mine.

Inaccurate fps meter, in game shows 50 the fps meter show 60 jumps to 120 more like a refresh rate meter than fps

One of those fake FPS monitor apps. It only shows your current screen/display refresh rate not actual game/GPU rendered FPS. Don't even bother using this app
