I understand the concept, but Nick was very patient while I asked ALOT of questions. Getting scammed makes me weary of things but getting knowledge and doing my own due diligence helps with the anxiety. I love this platform. I can finally can invest in real estate without buying a house, or having to pick a REIT. I personally like Real bricks more than Arrived as well. Real bricks is so much easier to use. Highly recommend.

I just downloaded the application after seeing the commercial. The application is easy to use it's confusing when the video says "Fractional Buys" aka if it's 1 share or 10 dollars plus the 2.50 cents fee however the application doesn't allow you to buy that 1 share or 12.50 cents. It's wanting 25 and that equals 252.xx I reached out to technical support their system sent a general email with the same video that I saw in the commercial. I booked a call and texted Mauricio.
