I had this app a couple of years ago, and it was fast at downloading from my phone the web. It has sections for your pic your videos, private section give u options in record speed and record type and the best of it when I put my videos on from my go pro, and burn on to CDs and u have the option to buy the upgrade witch got it and the speed on the downloading was faster than the blink of an eye. And burn blue rays witch I never got to use, but I can only imagine. Realplayer I love it thanks

Problem!! I just purchased the premium version of the mobile, but it does not download from my mobile. After the downloader prepares the video for download it fails??? Why? I want my refund!!! A pop-up appears every time you open the app stating you can share links to download from YouTube, fb etc., but it just fails!

Features on this app version are limited compared to the PC version. It does not download videos to mobile devices from YT URL links anymore. After over a year of user complaints, real player still has not fixed the issue and offers nothing but excuses.

Somebody explains the logic behind this App for me like I'm a kindergarten kid. You take my media files into your App, you lock it up & now you want me to pay you to access my own media files. This absolutely ridiculous & nonsensical. What value did you add to those files that I should pay for. For starters the Movies & Music Files where already on storage, all you did was grab my own stuff. I'm deleting this USELESS APP IMMEDIATELY. I don't need it. Stupidity at it's worst
