Description
Realtime Charts is a plugin for the Torque Pro App and is the perfect tool for the automotive hobbyist, professional or DIY mechanic who wants to monitor, tune, diagnose or analyze their vehicle's performance. This plugin app allows the user to graph multiple engine sensors (i.e. RPM, Speed, MPG, HP, Torque, up to 10 different PIDs) simultaneously in real-time on an Android phone or tablet. The software graphs each engine sensor as a "series" on your Android device, allowing for in depth monitoring of the vehicle's performance. You can create your own custom charts (up to 100), specifying the sensors, sampling frequency, chart colors, series attributes, and much more. You can create stunning screen shots to share on social media and automotive forums.
New Feature in V1.16! Support for starting capture of sensor data based on one or more sensors matching your specific criteria! For example, refine your captures to when RPMs reach 2000 or speed is 50 mph or when both are true
New Feature in V1.14! Support for scatter plot analysis (in real time or on recorded/saved sessions)!
1. A wireless OBD 2 adapter for your car. 2. The "Torque Pro" app needs to be installed on your device. This is a plugin app for Torque Pro App.

Comments on Realtime Charts for Torque Pro for Android
★★★★★David Heineke· Mar 1, 2019
This is pretty much perfect. I first set up Torque Pro with my Bluetooth Scan Tool OBDLink LX and PIDs specific to my model car (A 2011 Chevy Volt) and make sure those read properly when adding a gauge in Realtime Information of Torque Pro, then in Realtime Charts, I add a custom chart with the PIDs I'm interested in. I monitor 6 out of the maximum of 10 possible sensors at a rate of 200 ms (5x per second) from. Works great. When I'm finished with my drive, I can export a .CSV file to Dropbox, then on my computer at home re-graph and analyze the .CSV file in Bayview. One note about it, it records the date and time stamps in the filename in 12 hour time but does not include whether it is AM or PM in the filename or inside the .csv file, so analyzing my list of logs sorts some of them in the wrong order.

Gives me what I've been looking for. I'm using it to monitor performance, not faults, and in this app I get the data and information I need.

Waste of money I was hoping I could get the misfire info but can't but can get other worthless info

Has potential to be great but; 1. Will not graph custom PIDs (always 0.0 even though they are fine in Torque dials). 2. Scale Factor of only X10s /X10s forces curves into less than 1/10 the screen, factor should be able to be set to any value. Offset setting would also be nice. 3. Y-axis cannot be zoomed or scrolled, only X-axis. 4. No control over major divisions and minor divisions on Y-axis. If not for the above downfalls, I would highly recommend.

If I could set more than one sensor it would be useful but seeing as no
matter how many times I create a new graph after I select the first sensor
I can't select anymore it just shows none it's totally useless
