Rebates Me has been a great cashback platform. The signup was simple, tracking is accurate, and payouts are reliable. I like how many major retailers are included and how easy it is to activate offers before shopping. It’s a smart way to earn money back on purchases I was already making. Definitely worth using if you shop online regularly.

Works every time I've used it. If you don't like the app try using the website instead and that should remedy the problems you might have experienced on the app. Customer service was awesome when I talked to them, and they even gave me a $10 bonus in addition to fixing the issue.

Unreliable. App only picks up orders randomly same with the web ext. Customer sp is hit or miss. Even with a video showing every step they refuse me the CB saying it was because I have other CB apps, but they are not active and of course I have them, unlike rebates me they actually work. It also shows in video after clicking the link that the cashback is active and at the end of the video it is still. Promos are good, but I recommend using another CB for purchasing

Really bad exp. first use just as I made my payment to store in this app it crashed, and it recorded shopping trip but no order made. Now it won't even sign me in, gets stuck after I enter my password the sign-in button does nothing. Tried the usual, pre-install still not signing me in. asked CS about, and they said I was using old version, but I installed 1 min before the failed order. Now they suggest to use web, but that's why I tried this app because the extension doesn't pick up the orders

Their site claims that you get your payout through PayPal in 48 hrs I requested my payout on June 8th, and I was finally informed on June 11th that I would get my payout in 3 business days that is definitely waylay longer than 48 hours total bs!!! It is the 1st time I got a payout I never even got a sign-up bonus I have issue with companies that lie
