Very detailed strategy game, I must say, I love these developers games! Brutal difficulty is definitely Brutal, I had to submit and do normal mode. After that, I was slowly able to complete the first section!

This is an edit of my old 3-star rating it's actually a great game and the fact that normal is standard insurgency stuff and mirroring real world insurgency tactics is amazing and im actually becoming a much better strategist now

It's a great game, but it has a massive skill mountain, maybe I'm just not strategic enough, but the other thing is the in game microtransactions. Like I'm pretty sure this is the greed they WARN about in the Bible, like your search up greed, and you get the inc. series. Great games, SO MUCH MONEY is needed for such little things like 3 dollars for an advisor? Now that I think about, rebel inc is pay to win basically. You make cod look realistic with your supernatural prices.

Forces you to get premium if you want to progress. Level 1 is beatable. Level 2 the insurgency grows wildly out of control on normal difficulty and the corruption skyrockets. You MUST pay them for premium to get advisors, or it can't be won. Interesting concept but not as good as plague
