It took a while to discover the Yola is a VIOP and is not supported by the IRS any longer, and will drop your call automatically every time the IRS picks up the phone! Thank goodness for this service I was able to get through without wasting hours and days. No call drops, but I was using Wi-Fi on good fiber line.

I paid for a monthly unlimited calling plan to Pakistan. It worked for the first 15 days, then I was suddenly logged out and kept getting a network error. I tried different networks, but nothing worked. I could log in with another number, so the issue seemed to be with my subscribed account. Around day 20,Rebel cancelled my subscription without my permission. I contacted support multiple times, but they never replied despite promising a response within 24 hours. Issue resolved thanks 🙏

Utter rubbish. 9/10 calls don't go through using two separate phones, husband's & mine. Straightforward call to his parents to a residential private number. He had a subscription that never worked, and I switched him to credit and mostly doesn't work. Never had such bad service. Chat support just repeats things over and over, couldn't even escalate because they were too busy. Ended up putting credit on Tesco International (not as cheap) but the call went through immediately.

Be careful, they are using a new type of scam! When you try to make a call, you get transferred to a fake customer service line that asks you to hold. They keep you waiting on the line for a few minutes just to drain all your phone credit. Most of these scammers sound like they are from India. Becareful

I had a very disappointing experience with Rebel. I purchased an unlimited calling plan, but after some time the app stopped working properly. Calls failed, and later I was unable to log in to my account at all. I contacted customer support multiple times through email, followed all troubleshooting steps, changed numbers, disabled SIMs, and even tried logging in from another device, but the issue remained unresolved. The most frustrating part was that I did not receive a clear explanation.
