Such a brilliant app! So easy to use. 100% recommend. Best feature is you just take a photo of the receipt and the app converts it for you without you having to do anything else. You can even share your folders.

Downloaded the app as recommended by H&R Block. Tried to create an account, but would not progress past the email and password component, with the app just freezing with the loading symbol just perpetually spinning for eternity. Once it finally did allow access and upload receipts, it wouldn't allow me to export them to the H&R Block agent doing my tax. Honestly, download the ATO app, it's much more intuitive.

I have downloaded the app but once I signed up and received a confirmation email to click on the link to verify my account, it does nothing just freeze and says verifying and goes no further. So how can I verify my account if your link doesn't work.

Used it for around 2 weeks, the app logged me out and required me to log in again, no big deal, so I typed in my email/PW, and it took nearly 5 min to load and tell me it was incorrect despite having written it down, figured I'd just reset my password instead, didn't work told me "something went wrong" multiple times, I uninstalled reinstall and even tried again the next day with the same result, I figured it's most likely a server maintenance issue but regardless you'd expect the app to work

I couldn't even set up an account as the app kept on telling me my email address was invalid, and I couldn't go any further.... what is that all about?? Very, very frustrating.
