★★☆☆☆ It's SCAM, at least for some carriers like Movistar. My payment was not accepted by Movistar because charging via a broker that charges a fee -like Recharge-is not accepted. Reporting this to Recharge lead to nothing: they insisted the recharge went ok, although the copy of the refusal by Movistar was sent. Apart from that, my saldo was unchanged after my "donation" to Recharge. Maybe it works with other phone carriers, but not all, and it doesn't you can say goodbye to your money.
