I was pleasantly surprised at how well this app functions. The list of ingredients for weight conversion was extensive. The ability to copy and paste recipes into the recipe converter is a great feature. I found the scaling of recipe ingredients is more accurate using weight than volume. A useful addition to the cooking temperature feature would be bakery items for bread, muffins, etc. This app is most certainly worth the small price you pay.

I've used this app for years to convert individual measurements. Love it, five stars. But I decided to use the recipe converter today, and I can't find out how to make it do the conversion. The text is pasted in, the numbers highlighted, now what? The tutorial skips from "fill out all the things" to "after the conversion is complete..." How do I complete it?! There is no button! 😭

Not what I was hoping for, first test was copying and pasting a curry recipe. I wanted to double it and it did. However, just doubling up on spices when making something like a curry doesn't work like that. The other functions you can find on free websites, it's handy, but it's just a calculator

Ask it to divide 2 lbs 13 oz by 6. It gives back 1/3 lb 13 oz. Mathematically incorrect. Any ingredient that has two units (lbs, oz) it will only divide the first one and simply leave the 2nd untouched. It will still display it like it divided it, though, leading you to mess up your recipe before you realize what went wrong.

Only 2 stars because this paid app is unable to memorize several recipes for conversion (for instance paella, chocolate cake, pound cake, chicken soup, etc.).

Installed for the weight/volume converter. Unfortunately it's pretty clunky. It's a good concept and needs improving. I expected to add a recipe & it converts weights & measures of the majority of ingredients automatically, based on my output selection (understanding that some manual intervention might be needed to assist the AI). This app makes you manually select an ingredient then manually select the input and output unit and rinse and repeat. It's quicker to Google. Uninstalled.
