★★★★★ Update 2: Have moved on to many platforms, and it works on every one - well except Fire so far. . . But I note many 1-star reviews are from people who are complaining that the app is now charging a small monthly fee. I have no problem with the fee. For quite a while recipes would not import from other sites, so you would have to cut and paste. The import is working again and the small fee they charge certainly isn't much to keep it working. UPDATE Now works great on all platforms.! Great on my S5 TOO. Galaxy tab was most likely the problem. Successful on Samsung S3, iPOD, Htc Evo, but it choked on the Galaxy Tab! Like others downloaded 38% of recipes, but then it froze, screen went black. Too bad was looking forward to using it on the bigger screen.

★★★★★ App is no longer free. I can't download my recipes because now l have to pay to log in. ------------ I ♥ that this app syncs across all my devices. The shopping list feature is great! I just bring it to the grocery store with me on my phone and tick off the items as I put them in my shopping cart. If I could add recipes to my collection via an applet on my Android phone, and if the screen wouldn't go to sleep while I'm cooking (only a prob on my phone, not my tab) I'd give it one more star.

★★☆☆☆ The app worked well. I could put all my recipes in it. Used it heavily during the holiday season when baking a ton of cookies - It did a great job of adding and combining all the different recipes in the shopping list, so I was sure to buy enough flour and sugar. Printing recipes is easy, sending to family was easy. Didn't ever use the build a menu function. It needed some help with importing recipes from other websites, but really wasn't a bother. Could quickly copy and paste and make my own edits to the recipe. Now they expect me to pay a subscription? Talk about bait and switch! ... Here's a free app put all your family recipes here, store them, figure out how to use the app all for free! 2 years later - Now you must pay $33 a year for this app if you would like to continue to use it. Ok what does the $33 subscription get me? ??? No idea they don't specify. So really I now have to pay for something I was getting for free? Most likely because Pepper plate thought they could start making money at this. Nope. I'll find another app. Even if I have to pay more because this whole model is dishonest and secretive.
