A Life Changer! This app is great for those of us who have lost our way in the kitchen. The receipes are not only healthy and delicious, they are easy to prepare, do not cost a fortune for fancy ingredients, and can help you lose weight. Fraz and his team make cooking and losing weight fun - the videos of how to prep the meals make it foolproof to follow them. This app has literally changed my life I tried the free recipes available before subscribing. Best App I have by far!

Love the app but absolutely littered with errors and mistakes. Have reported this multiple times and no response. Instructions are often not clear I.e. onion but doesn't say red or white, or ingredients don't match video. I've reported the sweet chili air fryer bagels missing the time and temp about 8 times now along with other recipes. Really frustrating for a paid app. Especially when I use it for every meal. If these issues were resolved I'd defo give it a five star.
