Very helpful to find out exactly what is recyclable and how to recycle them. Not all are so obvious, and differences exist by county. Whatever I thought about recycling isn't necessarily applicable for San Francisco County, for example. San Francisco County resident "must have app"!

Nowhere in the app's description does it say that it's specific to the SF Bay Area. I contacted support with my out-of-state address (which Ecology serves) and was told "Ecology San Francisco do not service your area." Really bad user experience.

App is absolutely worthless as it says it can't find my address. Ecology can certainly find address to get my recycling and to pay my bills, but their app can't find my address in order for me to use it. WORTHLESS POC!

I uploaded this app expecting it would provide an easier way to pay my bill online and it doesn't allow bill pmnt at all. Ecology needs to get with the times.
