I did a single stretch session so far, but it is a quality app and seems to be a good option for offering various stretch routines to aid in recovery. I learned about the app from strata (activity exercise app), so the apps are linked. The recover app offers suggestions based on my activity. Example: I went for a run, so it suggested lower backstretch routine.

I am a Strata subscriber and cannot log in with Strata. Edit: Managed to log in after many attempts and reinstalls. The videos during the workouts freeze... I wish this app gave recommendation based on which soreness you have...

It's a great app but not all or everyone can afford to pay for monthly or yearly subscriptions. I needed an app that's free and helps me recover from workouts, sadly it looks like I don't have one anymore.
