The only problem you need internet access to schedule pick-ups when uploading pics. My garage that is located completely opposite side of the building; receives no Wi-Fi access, and both Verizon and Mobile are in essentially in internet dead zones. My phone reverts to 4G with 2 bars, but not fast enough to upload a picture. Walked around the building went to my apartment with Wi-Fi two separate times, both times the upload timed-out. The website and app should allow picture uploads.

This is the second time I have used this company, And believe me it's worth using its such a convenient having a place that picks up your recycling items instead of you having to load up your car and wait in line to turn in your recycling items. And they pay as much as any recycling place out there. I highly recommend this place.

On day of pickup, I was notified that the employee was on the way. Upon arrival, I was notified when my bags were picked up. The next day, I received an itemized account of my payment.
