In today's times, getting good service along with good behavior is a rarity. Loved the no fuss quick service and delivery pickup agent's behavior. You have to put approximate values for the products which you have to recycle, and they will put actual values after weighting, and also you can add extra items for recycling on the spot. Keep up the good work in Kayak and Bhubaneswar guys.

Great app overall. Prices are better than local scrap dealers, and they accept a wide variety of items. The pickup staff is also professional and have various payment options. But the slot booking system is terrible. If you book 9:45-10:30 AM, expect a 2-4 hour delay, this has happened to me every single time. It’s unreliable and frustrating. The company should assign slots based on their actual capacity, not overpromise for customer convenience. Fix this.

As an old customer, I’m deeply disappointed with Recycle Pay's recent changes. They’ve added Bintix as a secondary partner, resulting in terrible payout structures—they pay ₹4/kg but deduct ₹3 as handling charges, leaving you with just ₹1/kg. Combine that with a ₹100 minimum withdrawal threshold, and it’s virtually impossible for individual households to cash out. It feels like they only care about big corporate customers now. Would not recommend.
