Was a good service initially, but now it’s become unreliable. Booked pickup slots are frequently cancelled or changed citing “operational issues.” This defeats the whole purpose of scheduling through the app. If confirmed slots can’t be honored, the service loses its value. Needs serious improvement in reliability.

Great app overall. Prices are better than local scrap dealers, and they accept a wide variety of items. The pickup staff is also professional and have various payment options. But the slot booking system is terrible. If you book 9:45-10:30 AM, expect a 2-4 hour delay, this has happened to me every single time. It’s unreliable and frustrating. The company should assign slots based on their actual capacity, not overpromise for customer convenience. Fix this.
