I have never used an app for barcodes or that ⬛ thing and I found this app to be very, VERY HELPFUL!!! I was in Walmart and wanted to make sure the shorts 🩳 and tops were really on clearance, but Walmart doesn't have their price checkers anymore. A nice lady used her phone to scan it, and it was SPOT ON!!! I downloaded it and use it daily now too!!! I saw others, but this app was really simple, and it nailed everything I scanned!!! Suck it Walmart!! 😆

Excellent! So far no issues. I have to do a Covid-19 Wellness Survey at work & the survey pops up when I click on the Red Laser App. Others have to scan the bar code every day but with this app I only scanned the barcode once & the survey popped up each time without any problems. Not what I remembered. I remember back in the day I would use this app to compare prices quickly before making a purchase. It doesn't seem to work the same any more pretty much forces you to look at eBay and Amazon.

Was hoping it would work, took forever to scan a basic clear popular barcode worked 1 out of 10 tries. Some barcode's came up as something else or prices was not always accurate. Sorry got to move on...

Crashes a lot. Defaults to displaying an irrelevant Google search (how is this "no ads"!?), rather than going straight to the scanner. Takes up two slots in the app switcher. And to top it all off, refuses to switch to the rear camera! Utterly useless.
