Red Letter Days

Red Letter Days are special happy days that you want to remember.
They are bright milestones in your life journey.

The Problem:
* Do you ever find you have forgotten when a special happy event occurred in your life?
* And you wish you could remember when it was?
* For example, the date a new pet came to live with you?
* Or when you bought your new car, was it 2014 or 2013?
* Or you wish you could remember when you took delivery of your new TV?
* Or you wish you could remember what year it was that you started going to the gym?
* Or you wish you could remember when you were accepted as a new member of your church or club?
* And so on!

The Solution:
This app helps you remember those happy events by:
* Letting you give a name or description to the special event, for example, "We bought our new silver sports car today!".
* Holding the date of the event.
* Holding photos about each event, with captions on the photos.
* Letting you easily search all your history of special days by simply entering a word, for example, "car" in the search will bring up all your history of happy memories to do with any cars.

Keyword Searching:
Find your memories easily with keyword searching.
* The keyword search is on the home screen,
* It searches all text you have recorded on your special memories:
---- the name of your special memory event,
---- general comments about the event,
---- the captions you have given to the photos.

Forgotten and Remembered:
* It is so easy to forget the happy things that have entered our life's journey.
* This Red Letter Days app helps you easily remember those special days, and easily find them again.

Mood Lifter:
* It is fun to look back over your happy memories!
* It can also lift your mood if you are feeling a bit blue.
* When you are feeling like life is a bit of a bummer, look back over your happy Red Letter Days in this app.
* Are you feeling a tiny bit depressed? Then check out your happy memories in Red Letter Days - it might help!

Better than Positive Thinking:
* Celebrate the good times - over and over.
* This is better than positive thinking, because this app helps you focus on memories that have actually happened, rather than thinking about goal setting and dreams that might not come true.

Getting The Most Out Of This App:
* Initially put in as many past special events as you can remember.
* Even if you don't know the actual date of when something happened, create the entry in the app anyway, and you can go back and fill in the details later.

A Definition:

The Concept Of This App:
This app can be thought of as being like a specialized photo-journal or photo-diary of just the memorable happy events in your life. This app is not for your every-day mundane things, or sad things, such as an ordinary diary would be used for, but it is for those special very memorable happy occasions.
