Installed and attempted to set my location but it won't pull up location at all. Nothing happens. Tried to look at menu but again, absolutely nothing happens. Waste of time and useless app.

Red Robin doesn't even support this program !! You know it's really sad when their own company doesn't even use this. What is the point in having this program out there when it's not supported in your city. It was very embarrassing for me and the waitress trying to figure out what this loyalty program was. Extremely horrible experience that turned me off Red Robin completely. If this is how they treat customers then I will take my business elsewhere with a loyalty program that is actually honored by that company !
