Cards are not loading. I normally love this app and use it often, but when cards don't load it's difficult to use.
★★☆☆☆
The mobile app often becomes unresponsive when trying to send an e-card or when adding text to a card. Often I have to restart the mobile app to get it to respond when changing colors for a card or adding pictures for photo cards. At times I have to reboot my phone, when restarting the app doesn't clear out changes to a card I was creating during a session that ultimately hung. I also have had similar issues using the Redstamp website (in IE and Chrome) with lockups or errors displayed on the pop up page to add photos to photo cards. The last straw for me was when my credit card number was stolen and used immediately after paying for a physical card from the Red Stamp mobile app - this is a card I had not used in over 3 months. Great idea, but they've lost me as a customer.

It is amazing when it works! It won't save my recent cards made, always have to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it to work again. Very annoying
